The Silverleaf Jazzband

We are a traditional 1920's, 30's, & 40's New Orleans syncopated style jazz band consisting of seven members: Banjo, Guitar & Leader Jack (Creole) King;
Trumpet, (Smokin') Joe Van Rossem;
Clarinet, Piano, Trumpet, Brian Graville;
Trombone, Manfred Koch;
Upright Bass Colin Bray;
Drums, Peter McCormick.

The Silverleaf Jazzband has been in existence for the past twenty-seven years playing many venues from the New Orleans Heritage Jazz Festival, the Buffalo Jazz Festival, du Maurier Downtown Jazz Festival, Beaches Jazz Festival, Oakville Jazz Festival and many clubs, bars, private functions, T.V. shows (with Peter Appleyard), as well as The Classic Jazz Society of Toronto. The band has recorded many records over the last twenty-seven years & in the last two years they have made a CD.
